How it works
The same rules for everyone. Read them before your first test.

Pass with 80% or better
Every module ends in a test drawn from what the slides teach. 80% or more passes it.

3 retakes — 4 tries in all
Each retake draws a different set of questions. Run out of tries on a core module and the candidacy ends.

Certify, then sell
Pass every core module to earn your certificate, with your total score on it. Only certified team members sell.

Three months to base pay
After about 90 days of selling — or sooner if you prove yourself — an owner reviews you for base pay + commission and bonuses.
