What we collect

When you buy or ask for a quote: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company. When you create an account, the same plus a password, which is stored only as a scrypt hash and can never be read back.

When you browse: a random identifier in a first-party cookie, used to count visits and to see which platforms get looked at. It is not linked to your account and tells us nothing about you personally.

Your language and theme preferences, in cookies, so the site comes back the way you left it.

What we do not do

There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party tracker of any kind on this site. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted page. We never see, receive or store your card details. Stripe tells us whether a payment succeeded, the amount, and the email address you gave them.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider and our email provider, because the data has to live somewhere and messages have to be delivered. Nobody else, unless we are legally required to disclose it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records. Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after two years. Funnel events are aggregate by nature and are kept for 24 months.

Your rights

Write to info@coradosoft.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within 30 days, and we do not require you to explain why.
