FAQ

How does route settlement work?

What goes on the truck is recorded at loading. The driver records sales, exchanges and merma on the phone, and at the window the system expects loaded minus sold, merma and returns — in kilos and in cash — so any difference shows up the same day.

Can stores buy on credit?

Yes. Each store has its own price list and credit limit, enforced at the counter and on the route, and an account statement with a running balance. Collections on the route come off the balance the same day.
